Push-up and Rotation

We are all about double the work here at hip.fit so to help with that, we want to get your shoulders and your chest stronger all in one fell swoop. Not many people want to make pushups more difficult but this is an easy addition to push ups and it will open up your chest while strengthening your upper body.

Instructions:

Start in a push up position, bring yourself down by bending your elbows. As you bring yourself back up, at the top you want to shift your weight to one arm then turn your body while lifting your other arm towards the sky. Bring yourself back down to starting position and then repeat on the other side.
