Reach for the Sky Morning Wakeup

We know, we know, this exercise isn’t training you to be the next Michael Phelps or Usain Bolt. It does, however, give you a nice start to the day. Stretching before your day will help with circulation and muscle tightness.


Sit up in bed. The exact pose you make isn’t as important as just the act of moving your arms around and getting your muscles ready for the day. Focus on stretching out your arms and chest while pulling your shoulder blades together. Hold a pose for 15 seconds, then strike another pose for 15 seconds, and get yourself out of bed.
