Reaching March

You don't always look cool when you are working out...and this move won't help people think any differently! What it will help with is improving your balance, leg strength and coordination. It just wont help you look any cooler.

Instructions:

Start in standing with both arms down and legs underneath you. You want to start by lifting one leg and reaching the opposite arm overhead. You can bend your torso a little bit to reach further but make sure you try to stay as upright as you can. Repeat on the other side, going back and forth to get everything burning for 30 seconds and then take a break.
