Rock-a-Bye Roll in Bed
Rock a bye baby on the treetops, when you try this move you'll fall right to sleep. Alright, so it doesn't have the same ring to it as the original but trust us, this move will help relax you and let you fall asleep in no time.
Start by laying down on your back and bring your knees to your chest. Use your arms to pull them into your chest, feeling the stretch through your low back while you rock forward and back slightly. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then lay down and try to fall asleep again.
