Seated Low-Back Stretch

This seated variation of a lower back stretch is a great way to fit some lower back stretching into everyday situations like during meetings, in our office, and in the classroom. Many of us find it necessary to stretch throughout the day, especially those of us that sit for a living, and this seated lower back stretch is perfect for exactly those situations


In a seated position, lean your trunk forward between your legs and reach your arms out in front of you until you feel a stretch through your lower back and maybe even into the middle back
