Seated Shoe Tying Leg Stretch
If you want to become a better runner you have to always be improving. If you are wasting your time tying your shoes while not stretching out, what are you really doing?! Use this stretch to get your hamstrings looser and ready to run so you can get faster and not pull a hammy.
Start in a seated position with one leg out in front and the other knee bent. Hinge at your hips, not your back and stretch forward to tie your shoes. Hold that stretch while you tie your shoes and then switch sides to tie the other shoe with the stretch.
