Seated Shoulder Sawing

The Seated Shoulder Sawing is a great range of motion exercise for your shoulders. Just make sure nobody is in front of you so you don't accidentally knock them out.

Instructions:

While standing in place or seated, slightly bend your arms and move them up and down as if you were power walking or running.
