You might think work doesn't give you the time you need to get in shape but we disagree, work is all the time you need to get in shape! Start today with this side crunch while you are sitting at your desk and get those abs working so you can get through your day.

Instructions:

Start in a seated position with your back straight and good posture overall. Bend yourself to the side with your feet on the ground, feeling the burn on your side before you switch to the other side. Repeat side to side as many times as you can in 30 seconds and then get back to work.
