Shoe Tying Leg Stretch
You have to always be improving so why waste your time just tying your shoes when you can stretch at the same time! This stretch will get your hamstrings stretched out and ready to go so you dont pull anything and you can run even faster.
Start in standing and spread your legs with one leg in front and one behind. Hinge at your hips forward to feel the stretch in your hamstrings as you go down and tie your shoe. When you are finished, switch sides, tie the other shoe and feel the stretch on the other leg. Now you're ready to run!
