Use this to also boost your energy and get yourself ready for the day!
Start in standing with your arms out to the side. Bring your hands across your body to the other shoulder and try to slap your shoulders. For an even better stretch, try to bring your arms across you and slap the back of your shoulders with each opposite hand. Repeat 10 times and then get onto your day!
