Shoulder Tap Push-up
You wont convince anyone you could win an arm wrestling match with those scrawny arms so beef them up with this push up with shoulder taps. It will get you stronger and add some stability to your shoulders in the process. After doing some of these you will be able to challenge anyone to an arm wrestle and win!
Start in a push up position and bring yourself down by bending your elbows. After returning to the top, shift your weight side to side while tapping one hand on the opposite shoulder. Repeat again for 30 seconds or as long as you can.
