Single Leg Balance Stretch
It's easy enough to stand on one leg, now I want to add a stretch to it because that would be fun! - no one, ever. But we thought of it anyways so you might as well try it! This works on stretching of your leg as well as your balance and it can get you ready to start your day off right.
Start in standing with both feet on the ground. Shift your weight to one foot, lift the other foot and bring your knee up like you are marching. Take your opposite arm and bring it down to your knee and pull across your body. You should feel a stretch in your hip, your back and even your shoulder. While you are doing this make sure you focus on a stationary object in the distance so you keep your balance. Drop the leg down after 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
