Sitting Commuter Deep Breathing
Deep breathing can be the thing separating us from insanity and thats doubly true when you are commuting to work. Use deep breathing to keep yourself calm and improve your mental status before you head into work.
Start by sitting or standing up taller so your lungs can really open up. Take a deep breath in, hold that breath for the count of five and then let that breath out slowly, breathing through your belly rather than just through your chest. Use your hand on your chest to feel your chest move and open up.
