If you have ever seen black swan and thought "I could do that" then here is your chance to prove it. Try these sliding plie scoops to improve your hip and leg mobility and strength as well as boosting your energy. And you can prove once and for all that you have the skills to be a world class ballet dancer

Instructions:

Start in a standing position, on your tip toes with your arms overhead. Slide your legs out to the side while turning your feet out and scoop down like you are going to pick up something heavy off the floor. Try to hinge forward at your hip not at your back so you don't flare up your back with this move. Repeat as many times as you can in 30 seconds and then take a break.
