If you want to impress people at a party, there is no better way than to show off your perfect squat form. Ok, maybe there are better ways but this will work pretty well honestly. Squats are one of the best whole body exercises and they will help get your legs looser and stronger.

Instructions:

Start in standing then bend your knees to bring yourself down towards the floor. You want to keep your arms out in front of you to balance yourself and let you bring your bottom back. Keep your knees from going in front of your toes and try to stay as upright as you can. Bring yourself back up to standing and repeat as many times as you can.
