Squat Lifts
You might not have seen dance moves like these before but trust us, if you are going out dancing you want to try this move out. Squat lifts can help to tone your legs and get you stronger so you can go dance the night away with your friends and get out of bed the next morning.
Instructions:
Start in a squat position, the further down you go the better you will feel the burn. Then bring yourself up, standing on one leg and kicking the other leg out to the side. Try to do it all in one motion for a harder challenge with some balance training. Repeat on the other side and feel the burn in your hips.
