Standing Belly Dancer Arm Stretch
The big thing separating you from being a world class belly dancer? Your arm flexibility. Ok maybe thats not true but this exercises is a good mix of working on your belly dancing while you stretch out your arms and get yourself moving.
Start in standing, spread your arms out to the side with the palms up. Now you want to move yourself side to side while keeping your arms down and back to stretch your shoulders and upper arms as you move side to side. This is a stretch you hold for 30 seconds but try to move back and forth side to side throughout that time.
