Standing Forward Bend
Waking up and immediately reaching down and trying to get your head as close to the floor might not sound like a good time but trust us, after all that blood rushes to your head you will change your tune. Seriously, after a night of sleeping you need to stretch and a full forward bend is a great way to open up your back muscles and get you ready for your day.
Instructions:
Start in standing, fold your arms and bend over. Make sure you keep your knees straight, feel the stretch in your back and maybe a little bit in the back of your hips. It's a simple exercise and it's important to hold for 30 seconds to let your back muscles stretch fully.
