Standing Hamstring Hinge
Have you ever seen anyone pull a hamstring getting out of bed? Neither have we so make sure you aren't the first! Your hamstrings can get really tight overnight when you are stationary for 8 hours so stretching first thing in the morning can really benefit you and help you start out the day right.
Instructions:
Standing on one leg, left the other leg and place it on your bed or a bench by the bed. Start by standing up tall, both legs straight and then hinge from your hips, reaching down towards your foot. Make sure you reach down with a hinge at your hips, not in your back.
