Standing Hip Thrust
We don't want to get too graphic but a good hip thrust can make all the difference during the nighttime activities. Use this standing hip thrust to perfect yours and get those core and hip muscles that are so important stronger so when it's your time to shine, you can impress!
Start in a standing position with your legs spread apart slightly further than shoulder width. Try to keep your hips straight forward and bring your hips forward by thrusting your hips to the front. Try to keep the motion smooth and then bring them back and repeat.
