Standing Mountain Climbers
Not all mountains are climbed standing up but this one is and you will still feel the burn even with this modified mountain we made. Standing mountain climbers work on your balance as well as your hip strength, core stability and they boost your energy.
Start in standing with both arms down, both legs underneath your shoulders. Bring one leg back behind you while holding up your opposite arm overhead. Then alternate back and forth, always lifting one leg and one arm at a time on opposite sides of your body. Repeat this for 30 seconds and then take a break.
