Standing Pec Stretch
You can't show people how much work your did today if you can't get your arms all the way out to the side. This standing pec stretch can help you open up your chest and get you upright with better posture to go about your workday.
Start in standing and bring your hands out to the side. You want to push your chest up and pull your shoulder blades back. Hold that position for 30 seconds and then repeat.
