Standing Quadriceps Chair Stretch

All work and no play makes your quad's a dull boy, er we mean really, really tight. Getting up from the desk every hour or so to stretch out those quads makes sure that when you get up at the end of the day you can walk out of work tall and proud.

Instructions:

Stand up from your desk and grab a hold of your chair. With one hand on the chair, bring your foot up towards your bottom, bending your knee and reaching for your foot with your hand. Make sure you use the hand on the same side (left hand to left foot) and dont pull too much on your leg as that can hurt your knee. You should feel a stretch in the front of your thigh. If you don't feel a stretch, lean forward a little bit. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat on the other side and then get back to work!
