Use this stretch after a great workout or even after a long work day at the desk and computer.
From a standing position, place both arms behind your head. Grab the elbow of the side you wish to stretch and pull that elbow laterally across your body while tilting your trunk to the side until you feel a stretch in your shoulders and triceps. Hold the stretch for 15 seconds then switch to the opposite side and repeat.
