Steering Wheel Push-ups
If you've ever driven in a car for hours on end you know how tired your arms can get. So why not use that time to get those arms stronger and then when you get out of the car, everyone will be amazed by your newfound strength!
With both of your hands on the steering wheel (remember, 10 and 2!), bring yourself closer to the wheel by bending your elbows and bringing your chest closer while keeping your back straight. Return to your starting position and then repeat that push up as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
