You can take this at your own pace but we encourage you to walk as briskly as you can in order to maximize all of the potential benefits of this micro-workout. Concentrate less on your gait and how fast you're walking, and more on your core and how you're breathing. Engage your abs by tucking your navel in toward your spine, creating a nice tension in your abdominal muscles and hold it in as long as you can while you walk.
