Stress Ball Squeeze
There is a reason kids always play with balls and why we all want to be a little more carefree like the kids of the world. Ball squeezes help with your stress and they can help strengthen your wrist and hand.
You just need a ball you can squeeze, preferably one thats not too hard to improve your hand and wrist strength. Squeeze and hold the ball firmly in your grasp for 2-3 seconds and then release. Repeat that as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
