Suitcase Pec Minor Stretch

Everyone wants to look fresh when they travel and nothing turns people away faster than having hunched shoulders. This pec minor stretch can help to open up your shoulders, release the tension on your chest and give you better posture for that long flight ahead. Try this stretch with your suitcase before you get on your plane and keep those shoulders looking and feeling good so that everyone on that plane takes note!

Instructions:

In standing, move your suitcase behind you slightly on one side. Keeping your hand on the suitcase, bring your shoulder back and down to the same side. You should feel a stretch around your chest but it shouldn't be painful. Make sure to hold the stretch for about 20-30 seconds and don't bounce during it. Once you're done, move your suitcase to the other side and repeat.
