Table Plank Plus
"I can hardly do a regular plank and now you want me to do a plank PLUS?!" That's what we hear all the time at hip.fit when we bring up this exercise but trust us, this isn't as hard as you think and it can really help your stability and strengthen your back.
Start in standing a little bit away from the table in front of you. Lean with your body so you are at a diagonal and pushing down on the table. Keep your body straight and while staying flat in your back, round your shoulders and bring your body backwards slightly to engage your shoulders a bit more. Make sure you don't let your hips or back dip at all and you are getting a small bit of motion from your shoulders.
