Take a Walk Inside
Even if you are up all night and working hard on that project that's due tomorrow, you still want to get a little exercise. Dont waste your time by going outside, just take 5 minutes and walk around inside to get that exercise you need for the day. Even walking briefly indoors can help you stretch your legs, regulate your heart rate and strengthen your legs.
Instructions:
This one is an easy one, just get up and walk. Dont worry about being inside or outside, just get out of your chair and walk around. Start with a couple minutes at a time and work your way up to 10 minutes a couple times a day.
