Toilet Squats

Only do this when you are cleaning the house! Repeat, if you have to go to the bathroom, stay on the toilet! When you are cleaning the bathroom, take a few seconds to crank out some squats while scrubbing. It's one of the best whole body exercises there is and it will strengthen your calves, hamstrings, quads and glutes all in one simple motion.

Instructions:

Start in a standing position, stick your butt back like you are going to sit on the toilet and then bring yourself down by bending your knees. You want to just tap down on the toilet or stay right above it before coming back up. Make sure your feet are spread apart, you stay as upright as you can and don't let your knees pass over your toes. Squats are a great exercise but make sure you do them slow to make sure you do them correctly so you get all the benefits.
