Towel Twist

You have to fold those towels but that doesn't mean you cant get ripped at the same time. Towel twists will help you strengthen your abs, especially your obliques and they are easy to do while you do some chores. The cleaner your house gets, the stronger you get!

Instructions:

Balance yourself with your legs slightly off the floor and your chest up. Grab a towel on one side of you and while folding, twist your torso while keeping your back straight and place it on the other side. Return to the laundry side and repeat, making sure you keep your stomach tight the whole time to really work your abs.
