You thought chairs were for sitting in this whole time?! Nope, they actually are the best way to get those arms jacked and get rid of that flabby arm you have. Triceps dips are harder than they look and they will get your arms burning in no time and tone up that underarm so you can show off the guns without fear of flab.

Instructions:

Start in a seated position on the chair with your arms behind your, hands flat on the chair. Shift yourself out with your knees still bent so you are handing off the chair. Bend your elbows and bring yourself down so your arms are holding you up. When you get as low as you can, bring yourself back up to your starting position. Make sure you keep your elbows directly behind your body, the more you flare them out the less you will use your triceps.
