If you have thought that squats were too easy, twisted chair is the exercise for you! Twisted chair involves all of your body including your core, chest, hips and legs to help strengthen and tone all over.
Start in a standing position with your hands together overhead and your legs shoulder width apart. Bring yourself down into a squat position like you are sitting in a chair, arms coming down in front of you while still palms together. While in this position, twist your torso around to your left, keeping your hands together and keeping your bottom down "in the chair". Come back up to your standing position from there and repeat on the other side.
