Twisting Bed Crunches

Hey, there's more than one way to get a good workout in from the comfort of your bed! Surprise your significant-other the next time you're about to get busy and bust out a few Twisting Bed Crunches to get the blood pumping. If nothing else it'll be good for a laugh, right? Even if your S.O. doesn't appreciate it, your obliques definitely will. Also known as a Russian Twist or Torso Rotation Twist, this belly burner is high octane and fun to do whether you're with someone or all by yourself.

Instructions:

Start in a position that is halfway between sitting up and laying down. Elevate your feet and clasp your hands in front of you. Rotate quickly side-to-side and touch each elbow on the bed while you slightly drop your knees with each rotation. Generate movement from your hips and don't just swing your arms. Do 50 reps or go hard for 30 seconds, your choice!
