Upper Back Foam Roller
No one has ever gotten on a foam roller and said "this feels great!". But nearly everyone has gotten off the foam roller and said "wow I feel better!". Your upper back can get really tight and foam rolling can be a great way to release tension and improve your mobility up top.
Start by sitting down with your knees bent and the foam roller behind you. Lean back and bring yourself down onto the foam roller on your upper back. Bring yourself forward and backwards to roll the foam roller underneath, feeling the tension come out of your back as you move slowly back and forth. Repeat for about 30 seconds and then get up and get on with your day!
