What do Sigmund Freud, Steve Jobs and Harry S. Truman have in common... with YOU? If you follow hip.fit's advice and conduct your next business meeting while taking a walk, you're in good company. All of these great thinkers conducted business while taking vigorous walks. Considering how much time we spend sitting down, it makes perfect sense to take short walks throughout the day.

Instructions:

The biggest decision you'll have to make once you start conducting walking meetings is how long your meetings are going to be and how vigorous you want to walk. Unless you change into workout gear before each meeting, you'll be tempted to go easy so you don't sweat through your work clothes. Be considerate of others in your meeting and walk at a pace they feel comfortable with.
