Wash Rag Sliding Lunge
Sick of using your hands for everything? Why not use your feet to scrub the floors, its how we do all of our cleaning and trust us, it's life changing! Sliding lunges help to improve your hip mobility and they strengthen your hips which can help take some pressure off your knees.
Start in standing with a towel underneath one foot. While standing on your other foot, slide your foot out to the side while bending your standing knee. Keep that knee from going too far forward and then return to an upright position. Vary the angle you are sliding at to get the house clean and get stronger in many different positions.
