Watch Me Baby Side Plank
You always have to be watching baby or else you never know where the little one will escape to! That doesn't mean you can't work on your abs at the same time and be the talk of the new parents club. Side planks help to improve core strength, stability in your spine and tone up your obliques. You will be back to that six pack in no time!
Start on your side in a straight line from your head to your toes. Your elbow should be right underneath your shoulder and your legs should be stacked up on top of each other. Lift up by pushing through your elbow and your feet until your body is straight as a board from head to toes. Hold that position for 30 seconds, or as long as the little one will let you, and then repeat on the other side.
