Winding Down Twist in Bed
Sometimes you want to just lay down and relax. And sometimes the best way to do that is to wrap up your legs and twist your spine around? It might not seem like the brightest way to wind down but trust us, stretching out your back with this move will help you relax and get you ready to fall asleep in no time.
Start in sitting and cross your legs one on top of the other. Put one hand behind you and one in front and twist to the side, stretching out your low back and turning your neck to get a stretch there as well. Hold for 30 seconds and then flip sides to stretch the other side. Now lay down and go to sleep!
